Social media strategy to bring alumni together
What we did
Since 2023, we have worked with SUSS Alumni to rejuvenate alumni relations through their social media channels – Instagram and Facebook. Our goal has been to connect Alumni with the school and community whilst establishing the institution as a credible source of information for their life-long learning and career needs.
As part of the refresh, new content and a structured calendar have been introduced to meet the goals of the Alumni Relations team: connect alumni members, showcase the credibility of SUSS, become a hub for career advice, and build a strong alumni community.
To further rejuvenate the feed, we have introduced a multitude of new digital content series. Most notable is #FACEOFSUSS, a series of short interviews with SUSS alumni members who detail how their course of study at SUSS has impacted their lives and careers. Of note is our approach to showcasing the latest SUSS Alumni merchandise. Modelled by current students, the shoot establishes a younger and more recognisable face to the campaign and the alumni wider community.
